Aaron Dublenko

(B.A., B.Ed. M.Ed.) – President and Chief Executive Officer
Aaron is an educator and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the global hemp industry, focusing on opportunities in Alberta, Manitoba, and the Maritime provinces. He is the founder of Fiber Source Processing, a company that transforms industrial hemp stalks into sustainable building materials while monetizing plant-based carbon sequestration. As co-founder and CEO of Karyotica Labs, he leads efforts to develop biostimulants and natural plant growth enhancers for agricultural businesses. Raised in a greenhouse business, Aaron's early exposure to horticulture sparked his passion for sustainable agriculture. He later managed a farm in Alberta, growing diverse cash crops, and brought his expertise to education, teaching high school for 21 years and creating the Innovate Program to foster student learning in food security and entrepreneurship. With a background in forensic science and global research on nutritional stressors, Aaron combines science and innovation to drive sustainable solutions. His vision is to establish manufacturing facilities across Canada to produce biostimulants that enhance crop yields, reduce reliance on chemical fertilizers, and support economic and environmental sustainability in agriculture.
